Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase and will be delivered within 1-2 days of shipment. Frozen items ship with dry ice and arrive frozen.
You don’t need to be at home to recieve your delivery; however, please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate all requests. We respond to orders during our regular business hours to either confirm your request or provide further comments or questions.
Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If you receive any fish products that are thawed, materially damaged, or have other significant issues, please reach out to us at sales@hookandlineca.com with the details within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the situation. We do appreciate it if you could include a photograph of the issue in your email, as this will assist our customer service team in addressing any packaging or shipping concerns.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on perishable goods, so we kindly ask that you do not send your purchase back to us.
No. Hook & Line uses a unique process of packaging. All fish and other products are flash frozen, dipped into salt water, and then packaged. No chemicals are used in the process.
We make every effort to remove the bones from each type of fish available on our site; however, please be aware that some fish may occasionally contain small, edible bones.
