At Hook and Line, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we don’t accept returns or exchanges on our frozen seafood, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we can’t take back or exchange items. However, if you’re not satisfied for any reason, just let us know within 15 days, and we’ll make it right with either a refund or a replacement.

Shipping Concerns

If something goes wrong during shipping—whether your order arrives thawed, damaged, or anything else—we’ll replace your items at no extra cost to you. We want you to receive your seafood just as fresh as if you’d caught it yourself.
